I will guide you through a workout that revolves around your goals, such as bodybuilding or strengthbuilding, and offer you nutritional advice that I trust from my 6+ years of researching and navigating the myths and facts of the fitness world. A beautiful physique is my passion and I believe everyone deserves the pleasure of developing their body into a strong and healthy form.
I will be totally honest with what I do or do not know as well as the sources of my information. I will also refer you to sources that I believe are reputable, entertaining, and trustworthy(youtube channels/websites/people).
Training & Qualifications
High School Wrestler
Bodybuilding for 6 years
Powerlifting for 2 years
Cutting(reducing bodyfat, retaining muscle)for the third time
Avid researcher of new philosophies, debunkings, etc
Research on and anecdotal experience with a variety of supplements and training methodologies
