Brian gave me some helpful tips and throughly described the steps to take in order to reach my personal goals. He reviewed my diet with me (I'm glute...n free and vegan) and expertly advised me to watch my nutrient intake. However, he also acknowledged that this can be done and that everything varies person to person. I now have a plan and routine for my future workouts which will utilize all this information and fits my body!show more
