D&D 5e Race Homebrewing

Create a homebrewed race based on any description you give me. This race will be sent to you via a Google Docs link, and the race may be added to my published list of D&D 5e races. I am willing to work with you to perfect your idea for your race, and will balance your race to the best of my abilities. You can request specific abilities for a race, however this may effect the balancing process. I will let you know if I think that the race is unbalanced for normal gameplay.
Training & Qualifications
I was a Dungeon Master for 13 players on a weekly basis for over a year when I was not at school in England, and will return to DMing the same group when I return home. I have also studied game design and have a decent idea on how to balance races properly.
Availability & Preferences
Most days of the week, but the school's WiFi shuts off at 11pm local time.
