Deep Tissue/Sports Recovery Massage

50 for fulfilling my request - Posted May 02

Looking for someone who does sports orientated massages for muscle recovery. I lift heavy in my sport and usually experience soreness and muscle tightness. Would be available on weekends and would be interested in trading services or coins. I have none of the equipment necessary (Massage table etc) so you would have to have whatever you need.

Ben was Amazing! The program I received was perfect, I could do it with some difficulty, but fortunately I never got sore the next day. Be was also su...per understanding about the time frame and when I could not complete some exercises, so those were swapped for others to help me build muscle. Finally, Ben was very good at giving constructive criticism that is very useful! Highly recomended!show more

Who am I: My name is Ben Looi and I am an amateur Strongman and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer. I am confident, outgoing, easy-going and passionate. If I could... have one wish, it would be that I will always have the drive to pursue my passions fearlessly. Why: Why do I want to coach and train people. Because I think that everyone has potential in them for something great. I don't mean that everyone is going to be a fitness model or powerlifter, but that everyone is capable of doing what they are passionate about well. Coaching others is not only a service that I hope will help others achieve their goals but it is also fulfilling for me. I am joyful in others success and I feel great pride in being part of others journeys. I believe that I have the knowledge and skills necessary to help you turn your fitness goals into achievable and sustainable results. More about myself: I have lived in multiple countries and speak three languages. I tend to move around alot and because of that, believe that online coaching and programming will be the most consistent way for me to help you achieve your goals. However, if you find me in your area, I will gladly find the time to train and coach you in person. Training: I love strength training but I understand that it isn't for everyone. I believe that everyone can however benefit from light strength training and cardio. Flexibility and mobility is especially important to me as I have had to rehabilitate from a shoulder injury myself.
