In our Session we will:
- Explore Your Body Beliefs
- Assess your Top Body Beliefs for their Purpose, Impact and Potential
- Create a BELIEVABLE action plan for covertly invade negative thoughts
We all have parts of our bodies that we hate for many complex reason. Trauma. Societal Pressures. Upbringing.
I definitely understand the frustration and impact that these experiences can have on us.
I remember looking up and asking Why is something that happened when I was 6 years old CONTROLLING MY LIFE!

I am a Plus Sized Woman who have been bombarded with what I should look like, Who I should look like, how I should change myself and why the way I was made wasn't good enough.
No one should have to feel ashamed, degraded and unimportant because of who they were made to be.
I am here to help people remember that!
