If you have a comic idea or script, or a character design you want to see come to some sort of life, i can help you out. I would describe my art skills as mediocre, but if you are terrible at drawing this might be just what you need to flesh out your ideas a little bit. My preferred mediums are pen and pencil for sketches, and I usually scan those in and then color them in gimp 2.8 using my tablet.
My weaknesses are color, realism, backgrounds, perspective, and I don't do realistic, I do simple semi-cartoon style, similar but definately inferior to what you might see in the web-comics Girls with Slingshots or Juniper. Realistic is possible for me to do, I just don't do it very well, don't enjoy doing it, and it takes a lot longer.
My strengths are blocking comic page panels and character positions, and while I do have those weaknesses up there, for concept sketches I'll be able to do a decent job. I can also do some editing of images, like cutting out a person and pasting them in a different photo.
Just give me the idea you have; include details about what you want it to look like, the atmosphere, etc. If you want me to draw a comic, please include a rough storyboard of what you have in mind. Remember, if you don't tell me what you want, I won't be able to draw it. Sketches will be in pencil and pen, and unless you specifically ask me to, I will not attempt to color them. Coloring is not my strong suit, but I will try if you insist. I'll do more than 30 minutes if I have time, but these are sketches, not finished drawings. If you have specific dimensions, style to imitate, and resolution you want it in, let me know.
I will draw fanart if asked. I am, however, not comfortable drawing sexual content. Nothing against you if you have a concept that is explicit, just find a different artist who is willing to draw it for you, because I won't. I reserve the right to refuse service if I do not feel comfortable drawing your idea, and I also reserve the right to refuse a re-do if you don't like what I draw for you.
What I do draw for you belongs to you, but if you choose to share it I'd appreciate it if you mentioned who drew it for you.
Training & Qualifications
I have a minor in art, drew comics for my college newspaper for a couple semesters, and regularly draw comics.
my art minor mostly just covered basic design concepts, some still life, and how to communicate ideas and emotions.
