Coding an RPG-based Discord Bot

I'm looking to start up a long-term project for a discord server, and I need an RPG bot for the more automated side of it! The concept is a dragon-raising roleplay that's writing-based for major events and interactions. The bot will be used for leveling up and growing your dragon, based on automated missions and the amount of times a user posts in roleplay and event channels. I understand that this type of bot is a big undertaking, and the price is negotiable upward.
I am specifically requesting the coding framework for the bot, with dummy text and no hosting. There is no writing needed outside of the code itself! Credit will be provided on the server unless requested otherwise, with link to whatever profile or website you'd like.
