I work mostly digitally, though I can work also in marker, colored pencil, and fiber art is my choice medium. I’ve been illustrating for just over a year, including my three children’s picture book titles, but I’ve been an active artist for about 9 years. My first book, “Completely Rainbow” won an award last year. I haven’t submitted any others for awards because I’ve been too busy illustrating! Simbi has been a great way to expand my portfolio and help me think outside the box. I can help with illustrating a book, a book cover, infographic, or anything else you have in mind I will at least try! I prefer to do the work first, and if you like the work I have done, I will send the full resolution file. It has seemed to work well so far!
Training & Qualifications
I have self-published 3 children's stories in which I did the illustrations, and I am working on more. My first book won an award in 2016. My illustrations from two of my books are in the 29th annual children’s illustration show in Hayward, CA. I am a teacher by day, artist by night. Literally, I draw while my daughter is sleeping...
