Vegan Transition Mentoring
Do you want to go vegan but you have some reservations, questions or concerns? I can help you through the process. Choose any amount of time you want. I recommend 1 to 3 hours, depending on where you are in your transition and how much you already know about food and the vegan lifestyle. During the session, you can ask any questions you have (you might want to bring something to take notes) and/or I can help you come up with a plan for how you'll transition, how long it will take, and what your meal plan will be. If you feel you need additional support or resources, I can make some recommendations.
Training & Qualifications
I've been vegan since 2010.
I am a certified Infinity Healer and my primary area of expertise is human health. I have been an Infinity Healer since 2016 and an Energy Healer since 2013. I have been studying energy work since 2008 and human health since 2003. I am certified in Life Coaching, the Law of Attraction, and Infinity Healing, and I have taken courses on General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Cognitive Psychology. I studied nutrition for 10 years. I have also learned many methods of finding the root cause of a problem and many methods of clearing and healing those root causes.
I have healed myself from depression, suicidal thoughts, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, panic attacks, addiction, a broken heart, low confidence, low self-esteem, and much more, and I have helped and inspired many others to overcome their problems and raise their vibrations.
