Yoga Nidra is the art of relaxation. I offer seated meditation and Yoga Nidra guidance. Nidra is done on your back in Savasana. The entire body relaxes with the help of comfy props while the mind stays awake. This is a deep form of healing and pairs beautifully with a meditation practice.
