Remembering things you have to be grateful for can uplift your entire day ! Let's be grateful together! We can both list three things we are grateful for and discuss if you want.
Training & Qualifications
Frequent gratitude checks have made a huge and positive impact on my life and attitude. Again, this is my only qualification. However, I have also seen this practice do wonders for others and I'd love to share it with you!
