I will find out the current struggles in your life and offer you a list of affirmations to suit your needs. I will inform you and remind you to read the affirmations to yourself out loud on a daily basis. I promise you will be feeling better about your situation in a week to 10 days!
I personally have been through the ringer on many levels and have filled my spiritual and psychological tool boxes with weapons against the most difficult life situations. I have "seen" many people about my struggles and have gathered as much information and as many tools as I possibly could over the past 5 years, that I am serisouly thinking about becoming a life coach. I have learned how to meditate and can offer myself advise as quickly as any problem in my life can arise. I let most everything roll off of my back and you will too.
