We all have some childhood issues. Idyllic childhoods can and do still harbor traumas. It's the degree of discomfort you feel. The depth of the capacity you have to process it.
This work is deeply personal. I will gently guide you back to feeling more grounded and secure in your own body.
We can transmute stuck, painful and/or just highly charged energy. If you feel “blocked” in your life a Reiki sessions can be beneficial. We will also get our hands dirty with clearing old generational traumas.
Mother wound, I'm safe, trauma-conscious and skilled in holding space for you, easing the child within.
We will only touch on areas ready to be released. Careful not to allow fear to take hold. I'm masterful at walking that dark path and bringing you back to a safe, regulated space.
