I will proofread your written work, resume, legal document, essay, poem, or other text document. Proofreading includes the correction of misspelled words, correction of improper grammar, suggested edits of weak sentences, collaboration on improved paragraph or stanza structure, pointers on the "why" for any suggestions or corrections, as well as any resources you may need to optimize your time by cutting back on your need for proofreading- making you into a stronger and more confident writer. You can email an attachment of your text, upload your text to dropbox or spideroak, or direct me to a secure (https://) link to your text. Direct-edit is preferred, but other correction options include listing out corrections to be made or copy-pasting to my own file. Once corrections are made and/or listed, you will receive the edited document in the same way I had received it, or you may get an email or upload of the corrected version. All preferences MUST be specified for delivery and return, and all preferences for corrections made must also be specified upon your service request. I cannot be held responsible when completing my side of services for any unvoiced preferences, and all requests are FINAL, with no additional read-through available once the document is marked as polished and complete based upon your listed preferences.
Training & Qualifications
I am a published poet, and had been awarded in two academic decathlons (2011 and 2012) for speech, impromptu speech, interview, and essay. I scored in the top few of my class on the SAT, scored well on the English AP exams, and was approved to work alongside tutors nationwide to teach English to Chinese students. I have been responsible for hiring employees, as well as polishing resumes to aide other in their search for employment.
