I have an unnatural obsession with health. I love learning about new ways to use food to change our lives.
I am a wellness coach, behavior coach, behavior consultant, fire fighter and soldier. I recently created a plan for myself and literally lost almost 30 pounds and trained to pass a firefighter work capacity test. I did this in 2 months.
