Psychology Backed Wellness Tips

I will provide Spirituality and Wellness Tips (ex. how to set goals, how many hours of sleep should I be getting, how to be the most productive, how to deal with fear of failure/procrastination, how to improve self control/motivation, etc) backed by real psychological research papers/studies. I WILL NOT offer advice regarding mental health as I'm not a mental health professional. I CAN answer questions to otherwise healthy individuals regarding improving aspects of your life using spirituality and science. Ask me 1-2 Questions and I can get back to you with an outline of science backed research as well as steps you can take to improve a certain aspect of your life and improve your overall wellness.

- I am currently a fourth year University student studying Psychology.
- I am NOT a licensed mental health practitioner, therefore I cannot answer questions about your own mental health and can only provide tips to otherwise healthy individuals who are looking to improver certain areas of their life using published research papers in positive psychology.
- I own a successful blog where I write about spirituality and self development techniques backed by published research papers.
