Individual Martial Arts training
I will teach you some of the general basics of martial arts, including how to safely punch, block, and kick. We can also talk about concepts of self defense, and if you're comfortable, have a short sparring match at the end. Be ready to sweat!
Training & Qualifications
I have been teaching martial arts for two years, and regularly work with individuals and different sized classes of all skill levels.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually free on Mondays, Tuesdays, and evening Thursday.
