Are you looking for some guidance and insight into powerlifting or fitness?!
A lot of people are intimidated by fitness and how to be healthy. Speaking with someone who is experienced can really lessen the blow, without having to hire a coach or instructor to start you out. Don't you hate walking into a gym and have no idea on what do? Or, do you want to learn how to get into the sport of powerlifting, but have no idea where to start?
I would love to help you feel comfortable and give you some behind the scenes mentoring on how to approach the fitness world or powerlifting. I can be the friend to ask all the questions to help you feel confident in the gym! Kind of a behind the scenes, secret buddy...I love this sport, and it's given me so much as far as strength - mentally and physically. It changed my life in a crucial time in my life where I needed something to attach to. I owe a lot to this sport.
