I'm a man looking to be my best self so that I can help others become their best. A few years ago, I realized how important it was for my health and my life to be the most real version of myself. That meant finding my strengths and skills that work best in my life, and using those to fuel my life, not the anxiety filled drive to just have money to survive life by doing something that wasn't real or passion filled to me.
I am a coach that helps men find true healthy masculinity, self love and stronger relationships. Men are in dire need to be a real version of themselves that isn't a description of society, but of their own. I believe this will create more loving, patient, empathetic, and confident men!
I'm a life learner. I want to know as much about the world that I can that will help me have the best version of myself I can be. I keep my head buried inn psychology, philosophy, perspective, emotional intelligence and healthy relationships.
I'm a powerlifter (not competitive anymore). This sport changed my life and was the first thing that made me feel worthy of life, in a time where I doubted everything that I was. It has a sentimental value and passion to me. It continues to keep me healthy and goal oriented. Ask me about it!
