I value the art of generous listening and continue to cultivate my own somatic awareness to deepen my capacity to serve as an anchor of consciousness for the planet. I hold within my heart a deep sense of wonder and enjoy the myriad of creative avenues through which we can connect with this dynamic world! I have a dance background and as such, appreciate the ways in which grace shows up when I least expect it!

I have spent years cultivating a meta-view of life to allow the greatest expansion of our collective and shared humanity. I am skilled at the art of actualization/manifestation and enjoy the creative play involved in allowing divinity to be revealed. I value connections, reflection skills, music, art and fair-trade, organic, extra-dark chocolate with sea-salt!!!

I am the mother of a young adult son who has brought mountains of joy to my life and blessings beyond my imagination! I love and respect who he is and who he is becoming!

One of my favorite utopian moments is when life playfully shows up and the coincident is undeniably sweet! Joy, self-care and big-belly laughter are my dearest friends and as such, I have space to hold pain, trauma, and transition with compassion as grief shifts the light from a flood to a beam!
