Kundalini Yoga and Meditation
I'm offering private yoga sessions locally and virtually. I trained in Raja Yoga in 2010 and Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2011. It's a pleasure for me to create safe space for others to connect with the deepest parts of themselves through Kundalini Yoga and meditation. I offer gentle, trauma-informed guided practice tailored to your life, and the needs and wants you have at any given moment on your path. KY is a vast science with something for everyone. It's a quick path to an expanded state of consciousness that helps us both to release what is not serving us but also to cultivate a strong inner foundation and structure to show up in the world as our best, most wholly embodied versions of ourselves.
I strongly believe in social justice, creating equity of access and opportunity for everyone. Everyone who exists has inherent dignity and right to be treated that way, no matter any of their circumstances. I desire to help those who show up earnestly wanting to create shifts in their lives and are ready to dive in regardless of circumstances both to heal their own lives and in turn offer their work in service to positive change in the world in one way or another.
I'm offering to work with 3-5 people per month, and will be working with a balance of sessions that go deep and ones that are light-hearted and fun. In particular, I would love to do embodied spiritual work with women.
