I'm looking for an architect or experienced Sketchup user to help me bring a concept to life. I own some land on a beautiful hillside overlooking the ocean in Nicaragua. I am looking for someone to work with to design the plans of how to lay out buildings and use land on the property. We have about 1/4 of an acre on a relatively steep downslope. The vision would be for one main house and several rental units along with a pool further down. Knowledge of cost and materials of construction in Central America would be a plus. We have a local builder ready to work with us after the concept is done.

I created a 3D topography/building massing for Xavier's future residence in Nicargua. To further understand the site and the spacing of the main house... with the guest house, parking, pool, and pathways, I created rendered 3D views of the site along with an area plan to get overall SF of each building/site. Xavier is super nice and easy to work with. I hope to continue working with him in the future.show more
