30 minute meal planning
I will devise a plan for you, whether that be weekly or monthly, and give you all the information you will need in order to create quick, healthy and filling meals! Depending on any diet restrictions, I can get very creative with it or keep it basic consistent (the latter is what I suggest for dieting or striving toward a healthier lifestyle)!
Training & Qualifications
I have been making meal plans for over 3 years now for myself, friends and family. I have had no complaints and have helped over 20 people with their day to day snack/meal choices!
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free at any time - though I am a student - my schedule is fairly flexible. This is also web-friendly!
