Certified Hatha yoga instructor since 1999. Personal practice for 10 years prior to becoming a yoga instructor. Yoga is a science of health for mind, body and soul. Neti pot, tongue scraping, staying hydrated, stretching for flexibility, strength training, stamina, improving or maintaining our ability to focus our energy and attention, meditation. yoga ethics, Patanjali's yoga sutras etc., are some of the aspects that I can introduce to you or deepen your knowledge of. "Knowledge is not power, apply and using properly knowledge is power" me I can come to your work or home to lead you or your group.
Training & Qualifications
Yoga fit certified in levels one and two and have taught 5 or more yoga classes in health clubs and privately per week since 2001. More then 10 of my regular yoga students have become certified yoga instructors.
Availability & Preferences
I have regular commitments but hours are flexible.
