1 hour Coaching Session
Coaching will focus on these or other areas where you'd like to make a change:
*Self-care and well-being
*Establishing healthy habits
*Aligning your life with your deepest values
Sessions are 1 hour and will be conducted by phone/ Skype. Many clients prefer to have sessions every other week, weekly is fine too.
The contents of all coaching sessions are 100% confidential. As part of my training, I will be asked to share only in terms of my own experience using the skills I've learned. I will not be asked to, nor will I, share any information about the clients or content of the coaching conversations.

Training & Qualifications
I'm a leadership development professional, trained in Nonviolent Communication and experienced in coaching. I am enrolled in a course to become a certified coach through The Coaches Training Institute. My approach is about compassion, acceptance and helping you create alignment with your deepest values.
I'm offering discounted sessions in exchange for a 6 month commitment to coaching.
