I will design an original eBook cover for your book using stock images and fonts that I either already own or that are licensed under creative commons. Once you tell me about your book (description, genre, and main themes) I will make three low-resolution mockups for you to choose from. From there, we will work together to tweak the cover into a final image that you are satisfied with and then I will send you a high-resolution file that you can upload to any self-publishing ebook platform.
(Note that I offer additional cover design (custom print covers, for example) and book formatting services outside of Simbi, but that's my bread and butter, so I cannot afford to offer those services here. If you are curious about those services please ask.)
Training & Qualifications
I have been designing and selling ebook (and print) covers for three years outside of simbi. It's a part of my day to day work, but it's so different from most everything else that I do, that I find it really refreshing and fun. When I am between books, or my latest novel is with my editor, bringing someone else's book to life helps me reset. I don't have a degree or certification in graphic design, I have learned through trial and error and many an hour spent following youtube demos. Nevertheless, people I have never met before continue to hire me to create covers for their books, which continues to surprise and delight me. :-)

My schedule is fairly flexible my turnaround times can be quite quick depending on your response times to questions.
