Hey All! I'm a certified yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast!
I have been practicing yoga for 4 years now and it not only challenges me daily but it has redefined how I see my body. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience the awesomeness that yoga brings to our lives.
Aside from that, I am a personal trainer, helping people realize what their bodies are capable of, making them stronger, and allowing them to live life happily through fitness routines that actual fit with our lifestyles.
I have worked with women who never ran a mile in their life and were running 6 (with no stopping) within a couple months. I have worked with women who never set foot in a gym and have rocked it like pros. I have worked with women 45+ who were never told they can be strong and have the body they deserve.
Your body is capable of great things, if you give it a chance and put in the effort.
I don't believe in fad diets or total elimination of all the foods you love - I believe in moderation and a healthy relationship with food.
I have been married for 8 years, eat pizza every Friday and have a German Shepherd named Rogue who is the best ever!
