Training & Qualifications
I went vegan after spending two weeks in ICU for a migraine. Many things in my life changed at that time and one of the most immediate was my food. I have now been a healthy vegan for 5 years. I have enjoyed exploring cooking and continually learning about nutrition and plants and the body. I was also able to study the food side of the yogic lifestyle while at the Ashram and can provide many ideas to align your food and eating habits with a more yogic tradition.
