One of the most daunting aspects of seeking help with the non-physical aspects of life is knowing what to ask for. You have an idea of what you like, but it's much harder to know what would help you get there. My first goal is to help you figure out how to get from where you are to where you want to be. Simply tell me what your life is like and what you would like it to be like, and I'll use my experience and training to help you find a path that gets you there. No more feeling lost, no more feeling misunderstood, and no more being forced into a one-size-fits-all box. This is a truly custom service.
I have a decade of experience in meditation instruction, guided visualization, self-hypnosis instruction, and personal coaching. I will create a personalized plan for you based on your goals and provide weekly guidance via 45-minute virtual or in-person sessions.
Training & Qualifications
I have an MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy, which combines Buddhist philosophy with Western counseling theories. I have had a personal meditation practice for over 20 years and I have been providing meditation and mindfulness instruction for over 7 years.
I am in the final year of a PhD in Counseling Psychology, which has included over 2000 hours of practical experience in psychotherapy, biofeedback, and personal counseling in addition to 4 years of academic training beyond the master's degree (7 years total).
