In one powerful session I will help you identify the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and will use a powerful and enjoyable method to remove at least one core belief permanently and replace it with an uplifting and empowering belief that will support what you want to manifest in your life.
If I had to choose one approach to creating life-changing transformations in my clients (and in myself) it would be changing the LIMITING BELIEFS that live in our subconscious minds. These deeply imprinted beliefs can keep us stuck for decades and even lifetimes. Often we don't realize that beliefs are the problem, because we think they are true! It really speeds up the healing process to have an experienced facilitator who can see through our blind spots and help us identify our obstacles.
It is surprisingly easy to dis-create negative beliefs once you find them, and to substitute life-affirming, supportive, positive beliefs in their place.
I have studied and trained in many methods that work with beliefs and the one I have found to be the most useful, most effective, and easy to use for clients is the BeliefCloset Process, part of Lion Goodman's Clear Your Beliefs program. I was certified in this method close to ten years ago and have been working with it ever since.

I am a certified Clear Your Beliefs coach (for ten years). I specialize in the profound, powerful, and highly effective BeliefCloset Process. Clients love this method because it is fun, creative, and revelatory, as well as incredibly powerful. it's also easy to use and to learn to use yourself. I have studied tools for transformation for thirty years and have several other tools in my toolkit, but this is the one I use the most often. (I also offer Inner Child healing, Compassion Key, EFT tapping, and more.)
In addition to using this method with clients (as well as with myself), I have also taught it to groups. Last year I taught a thirty-day immersion program of daily belief change that was a truly innovative and unique approach to this method and a mind-blowing experience for the participants. I now sell the digital version of that course on my website.
