Basic Workout Plan

Take your goals, available time, available equipment, and exercise preference in to account and build you a basic guide to take to the gym.
It will include exercises organized by days of the week (standard calendar week or any sort of shift schedule), along with repetition and set ranges to do them in.
I can follow up later with adjustments as you start to get in to the schedule.
My workouts generally lean heavily on weight training, since most research shows significant benefits in lifting weights. That doesn't mean I won't apply other exercise types to the plan, however. Cardio and endurance work is very important, even to someone who just wants to get aesthetic muscles.
I will have a LOT of questions initially, and I will work with you to build something as close to perfect as possible for you.
