Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Crossfit L-1 Trainer, and Crossfit athlete of 4 years.
I coach regularly in Central Michigan at Mid Mitten Community Fitness.
I am also a certified 2nd degree black belt in Karate, Zen Do Kai Martial Arts Association.
Availability & Preferences
Monday and Friday Evenings; Weekends
