Simple digital computer & phone cleaning of viruses, malware, unnecessary software, personal system analysis and care advice. APPLE or MAC SERVICE Surcharge ten dollars.
Twenty Dollars (value) for each device. For up to four hours of work. One is simple, your (Probable Android device) phone and (Probable Windows device) your computer. I will also provide basic system analysis and some care advice. Meaning that I would see how you have your device running, what software you use and give you some advice on how to keep your device running well.
I will take your client device and conduct a quick silent audit of functionality. I will attempt to reform it by turning off unnecessary services, clear storage and application caches as well as remove viruses or fix minor system glitches. There is a surcharge of ten dollars to store personal files. If you do not backup your personal files, either yourself or by me, I may erase them from the device to free the space.
***I will not work on a Stolen Device, I do not unlock phones and I will keep any service fees already paid and charge a One Hundred Dollar Fee for dropping off a phone or other device with me, that was stolen. You may not receive the device back, I may return it to the owner, or throw it away, destroy it, if I find out it was stolen.***
Training & Qualifications
I have a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems. I worked in a Refurbish lab and have an intimate understanding of data systems, malware protection and removal. Since 1986, I have worked with client devices and have done some astonishing things with them.
Availability & Preferences
From Nine to Five most days in person and virtually at the Dr. Martin Luther King Library (Fourth and San Fernando) in San Jose, California. All consultations are by appointment.
