I'm looking for someone who can entirely manage a slowly growing helpdesk built on the Freshworks platform. The role will begin here in training for vetting, and then progress to managing my actual real-world helpdesk queue.
I will want to witness your ability to carefully curate the helpdesk meta-data, configuration, and ticket quality. If you already have experience with this, you will know what I am talking about.
The full path goes to work exchange for cash and later cryptocurrency when I bring that online. It is a tremendous growth opportunity for the right person, and could grow to a full-time gig.
