I suffer from chronic migraine, but I don't let it hold me back! Let's talk about how your migraine (or other chronic pain or illness) interferes with your life. After 10 years, I have a few reliable tricks that I would be more than happy to share--physical, emotional and spiritually! Talk to someone who understands and knows what they are talking about, and hopefully gain new information and solutions for living well with Migraine.
Training & Qualifications
A migraine sufferer for over 10 years, constantly searching for improvement.
Graduate studies in Counseling Psychology with an empahasis on crisis & trauma.
Experience working with vulnerable adults.
Animal Assisted Therapy volunteer locally, registered with ATD and the AKC.
