30-Minute Mental Health Help
I have a few mental disorders, which I'll save the ugly details of for private conversation. I know the feelings of loneliness that come along with them because it's so easy to feel ostracized and totally alone in the world. If you have nobody to talk to or nobody to help you, I'll be that person for you. You don't deserve to go through life feeling awful. Regardless of what your illness is, I will be there for you to give you my best advice and comfort, and best of all, I'll be there to listen to you.
It's really hard to know how to cope with things, and I've found that having someone to bounce ideas off is really helpful sometimes. Sharing experiences and darkness with someone who understands your situation is also a good way to relieve the stress that comes along with it all. Let me be there for you.
Training & Qualifications
I am a psychology student, learning how to help people exact their behaviours and thoughts to their best benefit.
If that isn't enough, I have mental disorders of my own that have taught me how to manage myself and help others manage themselves. I strive to make life easier for others in any way that I can, and this is the way that I can most easily do that.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends all day, and Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:00-6:00 p.m.
