Training new rock climbers

I will give one on one advice to new climbers and introduce them to indoor or outdoor rock climbing.
Alternatively, I can have my climbing partner join us and we can work on the basics of sport climbing/lead climbing
I am also open to doing a small weights workout after the climbing session to build targeted muscles and create a more dynamic workout.
Please remember to bring a protein snack for after and a water bottle for during the workout. If we are outdoor climbing you may consider bringing a few bottles of water and a couple of snacks.
I do my indoor climbing at Crux climbing center on south congress and I prefer Reimer's ranch as my outdoor/sport climbing location. For outdoor climbing my climbing partner will need to join us for safety.

Training & Qualifications
I have been climbing for over 3 years and my climbing partner has been climbing for about 2 years.
We have climbed in gyms in Dallas, Montana, and here in Austin. My climbing partner is better at endurance routes, whereas I'' more strength route oriented.
