In the first session, we will talk about you, I want to know where you are, where you've been, and where you're going. Fitness is truly more mental than it is physical, so I want to cater your program to your mentality, so that fitness isn't a burden on you, rather an amazing and enjoyable path to a better you! I have been avid in the fitness community for almost 10 years now, and I'm still learning every day. I have a great wealth of knowledge concerning nutrition, exercise, and even the psychology behind successful fitness training. After we determine what drives you, we can build a program together that not only is going to show you results, without some money making scheme to demotivate you, but it's also going to let you enjoy fitness as it should be enjoyed. I love going to the gym every day, but that's not for everyone. After we develop your custom plan, you can either take it and run with it, or you can keep checking in weekly, monthly, whenever, and I will make myself available to update you on tips, pointers, and even tweak your program to ensure you're seeing the most possible progress, consistently.
