Training & Qualifications
Backpacking trip leader for 10 years. Hiker for 25 years. Highly flexible regular stretcher with focus on safely sculpting muscles and increasing overall strength, flexibility, and healing blood flow to sore spots.
Availability & Preferences
Weekends and Wednesdays for in person. Virtual anytime.
