I will give you some tips on how to relieve anxiety fast and about how to best find what works for you. Many people suffer from anxiety and often take medication thinking that other methods likely will not work so why waste time and effort. I can show you how to reduce your anxiety and stress levels without medication. If you are taking medication that is great, everyone needs a helping hand and I commend you are taking care of your mental health! You can always use these tips to help with particularly bad days, to strengthen your knowledge of how to take care of your mental health, as a support to your medication, or simply share them with friends and family. I know how difficult anxiety and stress can be to handle and I feel it is very important to know as much as you can so that you are better prepared to cope with any situation that you find yourself in.
Training & Qualifications
I have suffered from anxiety, stress, and panic attacks for more than twenty years and have become very adept at calming myself. I also have two children ages nine and ten that also have their own anxiety issues, so I have tips for parents to help their children as well.
