I know how difficult anxiety and stress can be to handle and I feel it is very important to know as much as you can so that you are better prepared to cope with any situation that you find yourself in.

I have suffered from anxiety, stress, and panic attacks for more than twenty years and have become very adept at calming myself. I also have two children ages nine and ten that also have their own anxiety issues, so I have tips for parents to help their children as well.
