I have been working as a life coach for over 5 years. I enjoy helping people work through the challenges of life. Some of the methods I use include; talk therapy, mindfulness practices, personal responsibility awareness lessons, dialectical behavioral therapies, lessons in common sense and meditations to reinforce awareness of ones own "gut instincts"
