Are you white? Do you mean well? Are you puzzled by all of this BLM stuff (& have black friends?)
It's OK not to have all the answers. It's OK to make mistakes.
I assume good intentions & know that due to where we are stationed in society, things don't always land in the way that we would hope. There is impact, and we get to work with that.
