With a practical mindset and a caring but tough approach, learned from living most of my life with a systemic autoimmune illness. I use my life-coaching, NLP & Psychology skills, along with the LOA, to help you expand your limits.
In our session we can discuss how tweaking your thoughts, the foods you eat and your daily movements can bring you better health, more clarity and overall well being. I can help you outline and fine tune some great hacks to have you living a better life with the minimum of effort.
One session = approx. 1 hour, via phone or zoom. I may send you links to books or web pages that I think will help give you further information and guidance, and we can schedule more sessions if we both feel it went well and is helping,
