Domestic Violence Support

If you are a survivor of domestic violence and abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, etc.), I can provide support. An ear, a smile, a virtual hug. I'm happy to share my own story of how I got the courage to leave a volatile, physically, emotionally and spiritually abusive relationship. I survived and overcame. You can too! On the days that seem the darkest, I can be the anonymous friend and understanding ear.
Training & Qualifications
I left a very abusive relationship 5 years ago. Since then, I have been very active in a 12 step recovery program and sponsor several fellow survivors of abuse of all types. Using the 12 steps helped me to regain control of my life and find healing. As the Serenity Prayer says, "...to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference."
