Susan is sweet and after seeing all the great reviews she had, I was looking forward to seeing how she could improve my resume. I was disappointed in ...what she delivered. I sent her my 2 page resume and she sent me back a 3 page resume. She created a section titled "social media" and it had 3 bullets for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I felt it was completely unnecessary. I asked her to keep it to 2 pages so her solution was to delete all of my work descriptions...which defeats the purpose of a resume. All I could do was laugh at the situation and not waste any more time dealing with it. I will continue to use my original resume as I cannot send what she created to any potential employers. I guess if you are just starting out and don't have a resume already, she could help you put one together. show more
