I have chronic pain and benefit greatly from therapeutic touch. Longer sessions (90 min) are great and I enjoy a wide variety of styles: Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Cranio-Sacral, Rosen Method, Shiatsu, Hot Stone... Whatever your specialty, just be aware that I am hyper mobile and do not respond well to manual stretching around my joints.
Mobility is hard for me ~ if you can come to me, that's great! I'm in Lower Pacific Heights, SF.
