German Tutor/Pen Pal

I've studied German for two years in middle school, and all of high school. Having graduated almost 10 years ago, I've had little time to commit to keeping my German skills up to par, and I have no one to practice with or motivate me. I'm looking for someone who can speak German with me in a natural conversation about the world and current events. Something that is not the typical "Hello, how are you? What's your name? Where do you live? Etc etc." Perhaps starting there is always a given, but I'm looking to get my speaking/writing skills back so that I can achieve fluency. I'm not really sure how to gauge my current skill level/vocabulary either. I would say I'm definitely past German 1 and 2.
I've selected "Only once" as my options for "How many times do you want help with this?" Because I hope that we can set up a schedule for maybe once every other week or once a month to speak, and writing could happen as often as you're willing to respond. For simbi, I'm not sure what to offer, so I'll set it at 10 per speaking session, and if you want to charge me for writing, let me know your price!
Also, with writing, I am looking for spelling, grammar, and vocabulary corrections. My goal is to write to you without cheating in a translator. So I expect to start out with fairly basic word use and work my way up to more sophisticated word use.
