I am a seasoned martial arts instructor. I will conduct a one on one training session with you focused on martial arts fitness. Flexibility, strength, cardio, speed, power and movement. Whether you already take martial arts or just want to improve yourself in one or many of these areas. I will help you develop the tools to do so.
