Hello! My name is Stephanie. I'm a massage therapist that is excited to offer professional Massage Therapy services to the Simbi community. We often times don't seek out services that we really want or need due to finances. Massage therapy is something that everyone should receive.

I completed a very thorough, yet rewarding, 900-hour Massage Therapy program at MTIC (Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado). I've been trained in using many different massage therapy modalities including swedish massage, JROM (Joint Range of Motion), Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone, Cold Stone Migraine Relief, Myofasical release, Fischer Pelvic Balancing, Chair Massage, Energy Work, Prenatal Massage, Acupressure, Thai Massage, Cranio Sacral, Sports Massage, Motion Palpation.

I treat the body as a whole rather than focusing just on the symptoms. We must treat the root issues that are causing other issues within the body to receive the most relief. This means that every client will receive a personalized, intuitive and intentional bodywork session. Stephanie provides a supportive space to nurture your mind, body, and soul!
