I would gladly trade my yoga and meditation knowledge for other skills and knowledge that I do not possess:)

Training & Qualifications

I'm a certified yoga instructor and my education includes asanas, meditation, and pranayama. If that all sounds too fancy- I can help with guided meditation, breathing techniques that have different benefits, and Vinyasa yoga. I was taught in Rihsikesh, India the yoga capital:)

I want to go back to the bartering system:) Sometimes people really want to learn something, but don't have the funds or their schedule isn't as flexible as other's. Simbi allows people to feel like people again. I could go more into that, but I think most of you know what I mean.
