I would gladly trade my yoga and meditation knowledge for other skills and knowledge that I do not possess:)
Training & Qualifications
I'm a certified yoga instructor and my education includes asanas, meditation, and pranayama. If that all sounds too fancy- I can help with guided meditation, breathing techniques that have different benefits, and Vinyasa yoga. I was taught in Rihsikesh, India the yoga capital:)
